1. What are your candles made from?
Most of our candles are hand-poured usually containing Coconut wax, Natural soy wax and gel wax. We use eco-friendly wicks, and quality fragrance oils.
2. Are your candles safe to burn?
Yes! Our candles are made with clean-burning ingredients and are safe for home use when used as directed. Always trim your wick and never leave a candle unattended.
3. Do you use essential oils or fragrance oils?
We use high-quality fragrance oils that are phthalate-free and designed specifically for candles to give the best scent throw and burn performance.
4. How long do your candles burn?
Burn time depends on the candle size, but most of our candles burn between 30+ hours when used properly.
5. Do you ship outside of New Zealand?
Currently, we ship within New Zealand. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — stay tuned!
6. Are your products vegan or cruelty-free?
Yes! Our candles are vegan-friendly and never tested on animals.
7. Can I reuse the jars?
Absolutely — once your candle is finished, simply clean out the jar with warm, soapy water and repurpose it for storage, decor, or refills.
8. How should I care for my candle?
Trim your wick to 5mm before each burn, let the wax melt to the edge on the first burn, and never burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
9. Can I bulk buy?
Yes! Please send an enquiry to us on what you'd like to bulk buy and how much of, we can offer you our options. We are also open to doing custom orders for special occasions i.e. Birthdays, baby showers, and weddings.
